She is the wife of Prince Edward and will be enjoying her 20th wedding anniversary tomorrow, quite the feat.

Today Sophie Countess of Wessex stunned on the eve of the couple’s romantic landmark is a dress by British designer Emilia Wickstead.

The couple made an appearance at Royal Ascot 2019 – a yearly event for the royals.

They turned out amoung the likes of the Queen and Kate Middleton.

Sophie Countess of Wessex looked every part the royal in a stunning floral inspired look.

She was styled to perfection, with a hat that perfectly matched the dress.

The wide-brimmed boater was lined with the same material as the dress in a very stylish touch.

With a funnel neck and elbow-length sleeves, the gown was a glamorous throwback with a modern edge.

In terms of her jewellery, the Countess wore drop diamond and pearl earrings. A delicate diamond bracelet wrapped around her right wrist, while on her left was a the Ronde Solo de Cartier watch, which costs £3,200.

She held a pale pink clutch bag in one hand.

One fan gushed over the Countess of Wessex and write: “The Countess of Wessex at Royal Ascot 2019. Perfect!”

However, another noticed Sophie’s accessories were a little out of character.

They said: “May I say that Sophie’s hat appears to be a bit restrained – she usually opts for dramatic millinery choices at Royal Ascot.”

Another wrote: “Sophie has had a revolution these last few years, although some recent modern styles have let her down.”

It wasn’t clear if they were discussing this outfit.

Yesterday Sophie Countess of Wessex wore a coral and white look.

Sophie wore a full circle skirt in a summer coral colour.

On her top half she wore a white top with a bow tied at the waist.

She clutched a pink and brown back and wore nude patent heels.

Kate Middleton wore a beautiful cornflower blue dress at Royal Ascot 2019.

Kate’s dress, which is by Elie Saab, featured a sheer lace detail on the top, with a simple cami seen underneath the overlay.

The long skirt came down to Kate’s ankles, and was given a romantic edge with studded net which shimmered in the daylight.

Mum-of-three Kate kept her makeup simple, opting for a sweep of peach blusher, mascara and nude lips.
